Distribution programme

A distribution chain where every delivered product stays traceable

The Trust Network structures local distribution around five stakeholders, with traceability of every product all the way to home delivery.

The five stakeholders

  • Producers

At the origin of the chain: they declare their products and have them traced.

  • Distributors (relay points)

They aggregate products and redistribute them locally.

  • Courier-sellers

They handle the last mile to the consumer’s door.

  • E-commerce platforms

They sell the network’s products online.

  • Courier placement companies

They supply and supervise the network’s courier-sellers.

  • Multimodal logistics composition: container ship, cargo aircraft, truck and freight crates.
  • Container ship leaving a port at dusk, accompanied by a tug.

Distributors (relay points)
An identified role in the network and a steady flow of verified products.
Courier-sellers
An activity attached to a recognised network, with products whose authenticity is demonstrable.
E-commerce platforms
A catalogue where every reference is backed by a traceability history.
